Event Description:
Maria Richardson of Dousman is our 2021 Waukesha County Fairest of the Fair. Mariah is no stranger to the fair and carries on her family's passion by competing in just about everything the fair has to offer, including crochet, sewing, baking and livestock shows with pigs, sheep and cows. For the last eight years, she has shown at the Fair as a member of the 4-H program. In 2015, Mariah earned the title "Showman of Showmen," by being the best at showing every kind of animal in the categories offered at the fair! Waukesha County Fair is a sponsor of the Summer Reading Programs of the Bridges Library System and is the oldest county fair in Wisconsin. This year's fair will be July 21- 25, 2012.
