The benefit of learning helps with nutrition and picky eaters. Involving kids in the kitchen is a great opportunity for them to learn about healthy and unhealthy foods. very often when people learn good habits such as these at a young age, they tend to carry these values with them well into adulthood. Learn etiquette, manners, measuring and learn how to chop and use a blender. All recipes are healthy.
