Local Quilters to “Celebrate America” at Upcoming Quilt Show
Mukwonago, Wisconsin- The Crazy Quilters Guild, INC is proud to announce its upcoming quilt show, “Celebrating America.” taking place on March 28 & 29, 2026 at Park View Middle School. This community event will showcase over 300 stunning quilts that capture the spirit, history, and beauty of the American landscape through textile art.
This show offers a full day of activities for quilt enthusiasts and the general public alike, including:
● A Juried Quilt Exhibition: Featuring patriotic-themed quilts ranging from traditional “Stars and Stripes” to modern fiber art.
● Live Demonstrations: Learn new techniques and insider tips from guild members to boost your creativity and refine your craft.
● Vendor Mall: Over 50 vendors selling a curated selection of fabric, patterns and tools for everyday crafter’s needs.
● Boutique: Many hand made items for sale with the proceeds going to Patriotic K9s of Wisconsin.
● Bargain Bin: Great selection of fabric, books, patterns, sewing tools at bargain prices.
● Bed Turning: “Patriotic Quilts,” presented by Carol Pilgrim. Celebrating our 250th anniversary of the United States.
● Quilt Documentation: appointments for documentation can be made through the Wisconsin Museum of Fiber Arts at Quilt Documentation at Crazy Quilters Quilt Show
● Quilt Appraisals: by Allison Rainboth, pre-register at crazyquiltersquiltshow@gmail.com.
● Quilt Raffle: pattern “Eureka”
● Sewing Machine Raffle: Bernina 335
● The People’s Choice Award: Attendees are invited to vote for their favorite pieces.
Event Details:
● When: March 28, 2026 from 9 am to 4 pm, March 29, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm
● Where: Park View Middle School, 930 N. Rochester St. Mukwonago, WI 53149. Parking will be limited at Park View School, but alternative parking and shuttle service to and from the school will be provided at Greenridge Center, at 911 Greenridge Center, Mukwonago.
● Admission: $ 8 one-day, $10 two-day, Cash Only
