Event Description:
Please join us Wednesday evening August 17 2016 5:00 - 8:00 for a fund raising event at the Mukwonago Dairy Queen 215 Bayview Road.  10% of your total purchase will benefit Eagle's Wing Free Medical Clinic of Mukwonago which serves the underserved in our community: those without insurance and those with high copays or deductibles.   We are located at 225 Eagle Lake Avenue (Hwy LO).  Services are provided by appointment on the first and third Thursday of the month from 5:00 - 8:00 pm  and the second Thursday from 9:30 to 12:00. by community volunteers.
