Chicago South Shore Car 33 at Indianhead Park
Event Description:
Celebrate Chicago’s railway history with a revival of the Chicago, South Shore & South Bend railroad of 90 years ago. We have six operating South Shore cars, originally built in the 1920s, plus three 1924-era Chicago Elevated Cars. National Park Rangers from Indiana Dunes National Park will be on hand to explain the history of the South Shore Line.
