Your elegant dinner train starts with a Wisconsin cheese & sausage board, followed by a wedge salad, then enjoy a 10oz bone-in Bavarian pork chop braised with sauerkraut and pork belly pineapple bourbon chutney, accompanied by mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables. Dessert is an apple turnover. $115 per person. Cash bar available. Advance reservations required. Meticulously restored coaches of the Chicago South Shore & South Bend Railroad serve as your dining room.
