Enjoy the finest five course dinner ever served by the East Troy Railroad Museum! Your first course is a chef’s charcuterie board, followed by a crispy prosciutto and grilled pear salad. Course three is classic shrimp Newburg – shrimp and buttery sherry cream served in a pastry shell. Course four is a Filet Mignon, served with port wine button mushrooms, accompanied by Dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus melange and an herb bundle garnish.
