Enjoy the finest  five-course dinner ever served on the East Troy Electric Railroad. Your first course is a chef’s charcuterie board, followed by a crispy prosciutto, fennel, and pickled apple salad. Course three is classic shrimp Newburg – shrimp and buttery sherry cream served in a pastry shell. Course four is a Filet Mignon, served with port wine button mushrooms, accompanied by Dauphinoise potatoes, asparagus mélange, and an herb bundle garnish.
