Your elegant dinner train experience starts with a Wisconsin cheese board, followed by a chopped salad, then features beef bourguignon braised in red wine flavored with carrots, mushrooms, onions and garlic accompanied by roasted garlic and chipotle smashed potatoes and roasted farm fresh vegetables.
