Your elegant dinner train starts with a Wisconsin cheese & sausage board, followed by a wedge salad, then enjoy a Bavarian pork chop braised with sauerkraut and pork belly pineapple bourbon chutney, accompanied by mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables. Dessert is Elegant Farmer apple pie. $125 per person. Cash bar available.
