The event features: Sparkling Ruffino Organic Prosecco, served with a crostini of soft brie cheese, sliced pears, and roasted almonds, drizzled with locally sourced honey, followed by The Dreaming Tree Chardonnay, served with a gorgonzola stuffed jumbo shrimp wrapped with prosciutto, followed by The Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir, served with an antipasto board of pecorino cheese, herbed olives, burrata skewer, sopressata, roasted red peppers and grilled naan, followed by Unshackled Cabernet Sauvignon, served with Belgian chocolate ganache cheesecake and fresh fruit garnish. $115 per person.
