The maple sap is running and the Elegant Farmer, 1545 Main St., Mukwonago invites you to enjoy National Maple Syrup month at its Maple Fest in March.  The fest includes maple syrup making demonstrations along with special pricing and selections of maple syrup & sugar products, maple muffins, Wisconsin maple popcorn and much more.  

 

The Maple Fest maple syrup demonstrations are conducted by special guest Peter Hatlestad, Nature Director at Covenant Harbor on Saturdays, March 1, 8 & 15, 11 a.m.-3 p.m.  He and his staff will showcase the process used on raw sap to make it into that delicious treat we know as maple syrup.
