MASD - Tom Farley - Addition & Recovery

The Mukwonago Area School District is proud to host Tom Farley. Tom is the Community Relations Coordinator for Rosecrance and the brother of the late Chris Farley. He manages strategic relationships with local and regional referral sources and works in the community to raise awareness about addiction and mental health. During this presentation, Tom will share his personal story and the impact substance abuse has had on him and his family.

Tom has a marketing degree from Georgetown University. Prior to joining Rosecrance, he ran the Chris Farley Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to substance use prevention. He also served on the Dane County Human Services Board. In addition, Tom is a nationally known advocate for prevention, treatment, and recovery.
