Allô! Chocolat of Waukesha will be presenting a class. Learn the rich history of the cocoa bean, where it is grown and how we use it to create the favorites of today. Taste a variety of chocolates, learn what makes them different and how they are good for you. Learn new ways to add cocoa into your recipes and enjoy fun facts about cocoa around the world. There is a $5 fee for this program and pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Sponsored by the Alice Baker Library.
