Skylar Cherie Foundation is a non-profit organization that awards scholarships to qualifying teenage parents to assist them in higher education. It is the belief of SCF that encouraging young parents to achieve their highest academic potential will benefit them in the future, enabling quality employment opportunities and increased economic standing to support themselves and their children.
