WCTC-Lean Six Sigma White Belt

Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt project leaders are more successful when their team members have a basic knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma language, concepts, and tools. This workshop will help you gain the skills necessary to better communicate and collaborate with your Six Sigma process improvement and quality management team.

• Define Lean Six Sigma and the different types of roles.
• Review more than a dozen tools and concepts in the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology.
• Explore how to identify wastes and streamline processes.
• Learn to interpret common charts and graphs to assist with data gathering, Cause and Effect Analysis, Counteraction Brainstorming, Standardized Work, and various other process control methods.
• Participate in case studies that include real-world practical application.
