Experience life in a World War I Army camp, including meal preparations, equipment inspections, medical examinations and weapons instruction. See the real dress and field equipment of a World War I soldier as well as rare silent film footage. Veterans receive free admission this weekend with proof of service.

Location:
The Midwest’s largest outdoor museum of living history documents the settlement of 19th- and early 20th-century Wisconsin. It comprises an 1870s crossroads village and 10 ethnic farmsteads located on 576 acres of wooded hills in the Southern Unit of Kettle Moraine State Forest.
